Event Dates:
August 17-20, 2023 Shifts:
We will offer 12 hour shifts.
We will run 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am shifts.

Car Week MUST HAVE A CURRENT CALIFORNIA BSIS GUARD CARD TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION (do not apply if you do not have this) MUST HAVE (2 Years experience) Security Supervisory and or Management, Corporate, Event, Asset Protection, Hotel, Retail, Hospitality, Traffic enforcement and or Customer service security is required.
MUST HAVE ALL BLACK DRESS PANTS AND OR BLACK BDU PANTS (NO EXECEPTIONS) MUST HAVE ALL BLACK DRESS SHOES, ALL BLACK SHOES AND OR ALL BLACK DUTY BOOTS (NO Other colors) and Black Socks.
(NO EXEXPTIONS) PANTS MUST PROPERLY FIT ON YOUR WAIST.
NO BAGGY, Oversized Pants.
The length must be fitted to your shoes and not dragging.
MUST HAVE AN ALL-BLACK DRESS BELT IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO BRAND NAME BUCKLES
Job Description:
Highly Guest Service Oriented Security Specialist for annual Car Event at the Pebble Beach Resort.
Job Duties:
Maintain Access Control, asset protection for Concession stands and other areas on property.
Metal Detection check points:
You will using a highly advanced weapon detection system to prevent any weapons, and or IED's from entering the event.
You will be required to ask attendees to open all backpacks, Bags and or purses to visually scan for weapons Must have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with large numbers of attendees all day.
Traffic Enforcement:
we will be tasked to assist with traffic enforcement on property to enforce speed limits and ensure limited access points are enforced with the proper parking-and access credentials.
Must have great communication skills as you will be interacting with clients, law enforcement, event staff and attendees during your shifts.
Disclaimer:
You will be standing for long periods during your shifts.
Must be physically fit to withstand those conditions.
All selected security must have professional grooming standards.
No exposed Tattoos (must be covered) we will provide long sleeve shirts and jackets.
Beards and or mustaches must be trimmed No exposed Jewelry No face piercing

This assignment will require you to be fully alert, interact with attendees, be fully engaged and on post on time.
We do not allow and or tolerate anyone who is late/tardy, call-off's (no-call-no-show) use of personal cell phones on duty, no ear buds, no sleeping, leaning, slouching, smoking and or sitting (if it's not permitted) on duty.
We will provide on property parking at our security command post We do not provide transportation and or fuel and or travel allowance.
We will provide beverages and snacks at our security command post.
