We are looking for someone special to join our Day Porting team in Marina.
The ideal person will ensure that the company continues to provide professional and quality service; in agreement with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
For an individual to perform this job successfully, they must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities:
Complete services in a timely fashion while committing to quality of service.
Hands on deep cleaning, followed by specialty dis-infecting using proper equipment.
Ensure quality of service is provided to all locations serviced Physical Demands:
The individual may be required to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
Individual may be required to lift up to 25 pounds for the majority of the work shift.
Work Environment:
The work environment has a moderate noise level.

Qualifications:
1 or more years of Janitorial/Day Porting/Floor care experience preferred Excellent communication skills Essentials:
