Overview:
The Concierge by its nature is broad in scope and subject to modification from time to time.
The following description is not meant to be restrictive, but to generally outline duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, tour them through The Cove, talk about the benefits of the community Educate visitors about the neighborhood and area Communicate with the Sales Offices any prospects that will be touring models Unlock if no other employees have done so.
Ensure that there are community brochures to give to visitors.
Make sure that there are supplies for guests, coffee, waters etc.
Ensure that the Cove stays tidy, give a weekly maintenance report to Customer Care Professional dress Assist Sales and Marketing Drive the neighborhood daily to check that flags are presentable 10:

Monthly wellness stipend Milestone appreciation program Pay is $25.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
