Sales Office Assistant

Job Description
Kelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to work as Sales Office Assistant for a premier client in Marina.
Looking for an experienced person who can answer multiple phone lines. Strong clerical skills including extensive use of Excel 2016 and other Microsoft applications. Will be responsible for working multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Will also perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Pay/Schedule:
$16 - $17 hr.
M-F 8:30-5:30
1 hr lunch

Requirements
Basic understanding of Excel/Word, reporting, correspondence via email, customer service, and administrative duties

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
